I'm great. Just packing to go to Indiana for a few days.
You won't believe this, but our daughter actually works for this company, loves it and all of us have always considered it very reliable.
I don't know why this is happening, but I'm really crazy over it. I'm writing an email to the CEO, but I'm waiting till I calm down, which I can't seem to do. I think I'm more upset over the time wasted. I won't get that back.
Our daughter could probably take care of it for us, but I'd rather not put her in the middle, if we can avoid it.

I understand about not getting her in the middle of it. At least you know what is going on and that the problem will hopefully be fixed very soon.
