Do you watch BluRay discs on it? See, that's the main reason we're getting one. I totally agreed to that part. We have Netflix and a 1080p TV, so it makes sense. I don't THINK he'd go crazy with the games. We still have Wii games that we haven't finished yet...

Yeah... Blu-Ray is fantastic... just gorgeous...

I also have netflix... it's awesome

To be completely 100% entirely honest... i don't (anymore) play video games that much... I don't have time... I mean when Madden comes out in two months that will encompass all my time... but... I find myself not playing them that much anymore... I might sell my 360... not the PS3 though BECAUSE of the blu-ray...

and I need something to play madden on... and Tiger Woods... those two games i'll be playing until i'm 70...

but it really is the best blu-ray player on the market (if not strictly because it's the cheapest w/ top notch player quality)

i mean... i'm sure he'll considering getting a few games for it (as he should)

See, we have NO TIME to play video games either. DEFINITELY not enough time to play one all the way to the end. And I'm such a frugal person that I feel bad if I don't sense that we're getting "our money's worth" out of something, and it's hard for me to feel like we're doing that by just playing a certain game every once in a while.

well... i obviously don't know what you guys' home life is like... but... if you do watch a lot of movies and use Netflix to its full advantage... you'll definitely get your money's worth out of the PS3 WITHOUT any video games

What games do you have?

We have my late brother's PS2 with Guitar Hero II. So, I'll probably want to get the Aerosmith one whin it comes out, if it's nt out already. Can we use the guitars from the PS2 game with a new game on the PS3?

I agree. And that's why I'm totally okay with buying the system. It's just spending $60 (or however much a game is) here and there on games that we won't really have the time to play.:shrug:
