I have one night open with no ADRs yet. I was looking at Raglan Road for the entertainment while having dinner. Is this a good spot for two kids (12 and 9) to have dinner or is more of a bar atmosphere?

It is extremely family friendly. It is busy and loud, with great live entertainment. Well worth doing. Fish and Chips and the Bread and Butter Pudding are great!

It's one of our favorites! Our girls love going and getting on stage w/ the Irish dancers. It's been a must do on every trip for the last several years.

Same thoughts as mentioned above. Great family place! Our daughter has loved it since she was 7, and now at 14 she still wants to go back every visit. Solid food, very good entertainment, and some nice beverages for mom and dad!

I may be the only one to ever have had a poor time at Raglan Road. The service was embarrassing & the food was mediocre at best.
Having said that, with the constant barrage of kudos it receives, I'd be willing to give it another go. Probably a bad night.
Have fun!

Totally family friendly! Last year we asked for a table near the stage and waited a little longer for it, but it was so worth it. The food was great and the atmosphere totally appropriate for kids.

Abso-freakin-lutely! Went there last year with my 10-year-old son and he loved it! You and your family will have a great time. If you can, ask to be seated in the main room - that location greatly enhances your experience.

We had one bad experience there, mostly because my youngest was exhausted, tantrum-y and not keen on the noise. Last time we went back they loved it, totally into it, got to go onstage with the dancers twice, got autographs of band and dancers...and enjoyed the food too. It's only dicey if the kids aren't into noise.

We also had bad luck with service at Raglan Road. Our server did the best he could but the kitchen was just messing up the orders. They were definitely having an off day while we there but the food was still good. But a friend of mine has never had a good meal there.

Even though there was alot of empty seating that you could see the entertainment from and us asking to be able too see it we got put in a corner with a large wall behind us could not see anything and the service was extremely slow we only seen our server at the start took order brought food did not see him again for a good 30 minutes after we finished our entree the food was fantastic but service means not going there ever again.

It is one of our favorite restaurants in WDW and one of the best Irish pubs in the U.S. You and your family will love it. There are as many families with kids as there are adults enjoying a drink. Enjoy the food and music!!!!

Have only been there once and had a positive experience. I don't recall anything being inappropriate for children. Just know it's going to be a little louder and more lively compared to other restaurants because of the singing and dancing shows.
