It may be that your PC can't handle the standard setup (which is the case with mine) If you go to the bottom left of this page you will see a box with a drop down list of display options. Try picking "Blue Daylight - Dialup (no flash)". The pages will display a lot quicker, which maybe what the problem is - the page is spending ages trying to get some flash animation up an running before it dispalys the quote button.

I already have that on. I also have my cookies on pretty high so it should recognize it every time.

To add to the strange happenings, it works fine in Firefox. I use Opera to browse the forums mainly because of the convenience. So it seems to be a browser problem rather than my plain computer. One they release a new version I'll check it out and see what happens.
