Question about WDW Space Mountain

After you get off the ride, I know it goes up a backstage lift hill to the loading platform. Has anyone ever ridden through this area? Is there enough clearance?

I know they won’t let guests do it, just wondering if any CMs that work that attraction have.

Yes there is enough clearance, to design otherwise would be to create a major safety hazard to a guests that might slip by and the safety design review, especially when this ride was designed, would never let that egregious a mistake go through.

I don’t think there is clearance on WDW’s Pirates so not necessarily.

I’ve always wondered about this. If anyone has actually ridden from unload to load, they’re no longer alive to tell us about it.

This always scared me as a kid, that the boat would take off before I got out and my head would be gone. I always got off that boat so fast.
