Question about EMH for CM/CP

Hey everybody -

I know that Extra Magic Hours are supposed to be for those guests staying on property, but does anyone know if cast members or people on the college program get to take part in them as well? EMH were the BEST part of my last trip and I would love to take part in them again when I'm down there for my CP this spring.

Nope, only guests staying at the Disney Resorts get to take part in EMH. I've heard horror stories of CMs finding wristbands, trying to use them, and getting termed. I wouldn't recommend it. Of course, if you end up staying in a Disney Resort for some reason (your family is visiting, you just want to have a relaxing weekend, etc) then you're more than welcome to do EMH.

You know, even when I do stay in the resorts I tend to stay clear of EMH as they parks tend to be more crowded.

I think it depends. I don't think I would do Epcot or MGM (not enough there for me). But I have done MK, and I would like to do AK, and have been fine.

Exactly! There's nothing like going to MGM on a slow day and riding Tower of Terror 10 times in a row. :cool:
