We did the tour in October. We were disappointed in the part of the tour where we went into the Tunnel. We thought we would see more then we did. That part of the tour was basically here's the tunnel, here's the cast members lockers, here's the tunnel that goes up main street and then we went back upstairs. We did enjoy going on the Haunted Mansion and Jungle Cruise with no wait and the tidbits of information provided by the guide before we went on the rides. The lunch was very good and we were given a pin which we really liked.

Overall we were happy that we did it but it wasn't quite what we expected.

There is another tour which is more expansive and expensive than the Keys to the kingdom, but at the moment I can't recall it's name. It covers more of the utilidoors and hits all 4 parks and 3 hrs longer than Keys.

My wife and I had taken this tour a few years ago. From what I recall, we actually spent quite a bit of time in the tunnels.

At that time the tour had taken us backstage behind the Splash Mountain and Pirates of the Carribean buildings (it's funny that from the rear, they actually just look like plain, industrial type of structures), where the parade foats are stored.

We rode Haunted Mansion, entering through a "secret" door. We were also going to ride Pirates of the Carribean, but it was down at the time, so instead we entered the Tiki Room through a "secret" door.

We both found it informative and entertaining. I recommend it, if you have the time.

As a CM, I always wonder why people are so interested in seeing the tunnels. They're dark, dank, not very well maintained, and there's nothing really to see. You might as well do a "Keys to the Custodial Closets" tour.

ohh ohh pick me!

Seriously, there is something intriguing about the tunnels. It could be that it was an innovative system not utilized in a theme park environment before.

Thanks for all of the info. Where is the Columbia Harbor House??

CHH is on the border on Fantasyland and Liberty Square. It's right near Peter Pan, right as you go under the uverhang.
