First of all, my apologies for not posting my questions in the existing thread. I was planning on doing that, got multitasking (which men don't always do well), and forgot.
Thanks for all the wonderful responses and insight. I really do learn a lot and am so impressed by how much people on these boards know.
I composed an e-mail to send to staff at WDW. There are 2 main points that I articulate:
1. I'd rather see attractions shut down, than operating in poor condition without many effects, etc.
2. I'd rather see nothing added, and everything operating well, than new additions.
Do you think it would be worth it to send to 'Guest Communications', or a waste of time (not that it takes long to hit 'send')?
I only contacted them once before, and it was about the reduction in Fantasmic! performances. For what it's worth, I got a decent reply from a lady who told me she passed on my concerns. She also answered a few specific questions I had, and we exchanged 3-4 more e-mails. At least it wasn't simply an automated response.
