Public Assets Held by Disney

I know a lot of people are always interesting in what disney owns (Comes up a lot when discussing Discovery Channel for some reason). Here is a wikipedia list. I found it interesting, especially the fact that they own local tv stations.

I'm going to bet that all of those tv stations are ABC affiliates.

Interesting list. I agree that the stations owned are probably all ABC affiliates. I didn't realize how many Disney hotels there are until I saw them all listed out like that. Why does DLP have so many resorts? They also see to own so many random movie studios as well.

That is funny about Lifetime network. I love watching reruns of the Golden Girls on that channel. Now I can feel good knowing that I'm supporting Disney by watching.:lol:

WTVG 13 in Toledo is an ABC affiliate. I never knew they were owned by Disney. I wonder of they could build a theme park at the station, I only live about 20 minutes from there
