Well Hi There!
Feel a bit out of sorts doing this, but I enjoy reading everyone else's so much that it seemed like the right thing to do. So here goes.... (jitters)
We're a family of thre.... errr... four now! Traveling from the Magic Mitten to the Magic Kingdom as often as time and money will allow. As a family of three, this will be our 5th trip to The World. Last trip was in Feb to DisneyLand that doesn't "count" in the WDW tally... Love them both (but don't get me started on the Disneyland Hotel). We'll be "Home" March 4th - 10th. Just in time for the flower and garden fest! Our first trip as FOUR!
First there's me! First trip was in '74 and I plan on being buried there eventually.
Here's the most Wonderful Wife in the World (sorry ladies, she has the documentation to prove it) and DS1 (DS in my posts refers to Designated Son... He'd shiver if I called him Dear) on the Monorail at DLR. They never take serious pictures.
And finally DS2.. otherwise known as "The Rookie". He shares the un-serious gene with my wife.
Can't wait to showoff and show around DS2.... 8.5 months is the perfect age to get the bug started! We bought in to DVC a few years ago with the plan that the boys will have a place to take their kids\spouses\friends in the future.
This is only our second time staying at our home resort of Kidani Village, but we love it!
Also, the first time we're doing ADR's. We usually have breakfast and lunch in the room and eat where ever for dinner. Wife picked 'em... but I'm happy as long as I eat well. And I usually do!
Sunday - Sanaa (our favorite)
Monday - The Wave
Tuesday - Shutters
Wednesday - Turf Club (great prime rib)
Thursday - Garden Grill
Friday - Les Chef's
Feel free to comment! Wife has to check menus carefully to find things she can eat (hypoglycemic \ sugar free \ no processed flour). I'm sure we'll also speak to some chefs as suggested here.
That's about it. Any suggestions? First time with an infant as DS1 first visited when he was 4. Plan on hitting Blizzard Beach for the first time also. Concerns?
