Is there a way to set up the boards so that when a user is approaching the max amount of messages, it gives them a warning, so that they can delete messages before they start to get bounced?

You can check that already! It says it at the bottom of the screen. When you are reaching 200 (I think), then you are close to having a full inbox.

LOL... I'm a pack rat... I hate throwing things away, and I hate deleting mail. Heck, if it weren't for a database crash, I'd have backlogged emails dating from 1996!!
