:veryconfu I need help, AGAIN. When making priority seatings how do I know when to call? This may sound really dumb but I have looked at many websites and some will say 60 days for one character meal, the next site will say 90 days for the same meal. I am lost!!!! What is a really reliable souce that gives you the true date on which to call? Thanks:wave:

All PS arrangements are based on where they are. For example any PS seating for the Magic Kingdom specifically (character or not) is only accepted 60 days before the day you want to go. The best bet is to really call Disney themselves. Tell them all of the restaurants you want to eat in and the dates and they will be able to tell you if they can make the PS or if you will have to call back closer to the date. They will give you the correct date to call back. Another very reliable source is WWW.WDWIG.COM. Look under either Priority seatings or menus in the index. That should give you a REALLY good idea. Hope this helps.

I E-mailed WDW with this very question some time ago - PS is available 60 days before dining. Reservations are accepted over the phone - but you cannot arrange them via E-mail

Hey Captain Hook that is not necessarily true!! 60 days is for everything in the Magic Kingdom. I usually wait until then just so I can do all my seatings at one time and not have to shuffle the others but I have made PS reservations for EPCOT and Animal Kingdom as far as 120 days in advance. Some restaurants in EPCOT (one of the french ones I think) only accepts PS 30 days in advance so it realy does depend on the restaurant and park or resort area you are talking about. To be absolutely certain call Disney and ask the number is 1407 WDW-DINE

Use wdwig.com and go to the dining section/priority seating and there is a link for a priority seating calculator. It will answer all your questions.:)
