Princess Fairytale Hall

The person who wrote the story has far from a perfect track record. I believe the SWSA is truly temporary but that may still mean several years. Obviously the trend is a seperate m&g for each princess.

I agree, Cindi has her castle, the new walkway by Haunted Mansion is slated for Rapunzel's area, Tom Sawyer Island is rumored to be in the refurb mix and would be perfect for a Princess Tiana meet n greet (which by the way would bring more people to the island), Ariel and Belle will have their own themed areas in fantasyland done in 2013 though no m&g's are listed. Aurora and Snow should be able to go in somewhere in the future. I'm hoping that the trend will be for a comprehensive redo of WDW for the 50th and the nextgen features are just the begining. I'll be patient and see what happens in the next few years but I do think the princess group area is temporary.

This is almost exactly what I was thinking. And they likely still have the option of including a SW m&g as part of the new mountain. That really leaves only Aurora and a place to put PH and every franchise would then be represented. Tiana could be worked in to FL also. And Jasmine works perfectly in AL. The flying carpets don't though. Here are my suggestions...

The Studios (animation courtyard)
Morrocco (next to the lake so the arms extend slightly over the water)
DTD (as a ticketed ride)
Addition to Storybook Circus

I think the only place that would "fit" (in the loosest sense of the word) would be Animation Courtyard. The only problem with that is it becomes a stroller parking lot and extremely cramped. Throw in a spinner and we're talking even more cramped. But that's the only location of the ones you put as a good viable location.

Morrocco is out as it would completely ruin WS promenade. I suppose DTD would "work," just not sure where.

I thought of Morrocco because there are already themed elements between the promenade and the lake. They would just need a retaining wall to extend the supporting platform out a bit and the queue could be placed on the lakeshore (level with the lake and then with a gradual ramp up to the ride platform).

The theme is perfect and this would seperate it from the main pavilion which could retain its more serious tone. I think it could work as it would add nice kinetics and WS definitely needs a few more kid friendly attractions.

That spinner would not add an ounce to the theme in Morocco. It would destroy the promenade.

The only place I could remotely even consider having it in WS would be here:

That's true. Al is a great source for DL news, but that's about it. He skirted over the fact that our (superior) Little Mermaid attraction is actually leading to the inferior DCA version getting some updates. WDW is not always playing the role of the forgotten stepchild.

That is not entirely true the changes they will be making to the "inferior" version were made because of lessons learned during the first year of operation and relate to minor cosmetic things (replacing CG Ariel with traditional animation, Under the Seas lighting level adjustments, making Ariel's hair look less like an Ice Cream Cone etc.) These all are happening because of John Lasseter's insistence. The fact that our currently un-finished Mermaid will debut with the improved stuff has nothing to do with ours being better or not, If Lasseter had not pushed for improvements at DCA our Mermaid would probably open up almost exactly as it debuted in DCA last year

To expand on this Agrabah-based Adventureland expansion idea, a KUKA ride through the Cave of Wonders would be pretty awesome.

This would be a perfect add for AL.

My PH idea is a tunnel leading to the old swan boat dock in front of the castle that shrinks people. Then they would board boats made to resemble giant leaves and it would transport them to the AL expansion pad.

The clincher is that they could allow guests to have glimpses of the Crystal Palace and the castle through the plant life of PH to add to the effect of being in this minitiarized environment.

I admit though I like your idea better.
