I just checked FP+ for the 24th. It is available on those dates and yes there are TWO FP+ options. One for Cinderella and a friend and one for Rapunzel and a friend.

Official opening according to the site is September 18.

Did not read the whole thread, not being a fan of the ever expanding meet and photo pass extortion, but this is a portion of an on property notice passed along to me. If it is already posted, oh well.

Princess Fairytale Hall is a new home for Disney princesses to meet their loyal subjects in the Magic Kingdom Park. Opening Sept. 18, it is located in the Magic Kingdom Castle Courtyard, at the center of Fantasyland. There, Guests will be able to meet either Cinderella or Rapunzel, each of whom will be joined by a fellow Disney princess.

Many of the original WDW structures have low ceilings by today's standards because they were built 45 years ago. Just look at pretty much anything in Liberty Square, or the Contemporary resort connecting hallways. SWSA is just another example, but as long as you're not 7' tall, you should be good. ;)

EDIT: I also notice some banners are still missing on the front.
