I agree. Call me a sicko, but when I see this, it looks like some kind of bordello-style setup, where the "customer" comes in, picks out which girl he wants from the pictures on display, and slips off to her alcove for a personal meet and greet. While I had hoped for some sort of grand throne room that would make guests feel like they're visiting at court, or the idea of a reception hall for some special occasion to which you've been invited, the concept art suggests nothing more than a transparent "fancy room in which to meet," with no higher or more interesting purpose suggested. There's no story to be a part of -- you're just going to the room where the princesses are. Perhaps there's is more to it, though, that we haven't seen. Could this just be a "foyer" of some kind?

Get your dollar bills ready!.... Or maybe use next-gen

I think you guys are confused, these are sketches of the new costumes the servers at Be Our Guest will be wearing during dinner time. You know, to go with the whole new adult theme and adult beverages.

Anybody have a timeframe for opening? All I have ever seen is 2013. That is pretty broad. Taking the family in August 2013 and my daughter is really hoping to see this.

That was my thought as to who the painting is around the corner. It definitely is not Mulan.

I seem to recall seeing May 2013, but I may be wrong.

That date would make sense though since it would be right before the busy summer season.

The concept is too self-conscious, too self-referential.

I want to be part of a princess' world. I do not want the princesses to come to my world.Which is what this concept doea - the princesses are lifted from their worlds and presented into the human world in some sort of beauty pageantry / zoo like setting.

Wow this is far better than I envisioned & if done properly I think could be beautiful. That being said I do wonder where the actual MnG portion will be. Looks to me like this is just a holding area of sorts.

You may be absolutely right. my mistake. She looked a bit too "anglo" to me to be Mulan, but I see now that the clothes match up perfectly.
