Preparing someone for WDW

Why are you telling him to watch Disney movies to prepare for WDW? What if he hates the movies? I personally hate most Disney movies but love the parks. I don't think the love for one will dictate a love for the other they are different entities.

I like the idea of ordering the DVD or maybe finding some good online resources and books. Personally I love the video from this family. I think it shows how much fun you can have at the parks.

What are the required movies? I am at a loss as to what would be required viewing for a trip to WDW, especially for an adult.

The better way to plan would be to zero in on his interests. There are so many options, something for everyone truly exists at WDW.
Just a selection of Disney movies that are heavily represented in the parks so that he will enjoy/appreciate their corresponding attractions. So like The Lion King, Peter Pan, etc.
