Use the [ /IMG] tags (without the spaces).

It's like inserting a link, but instead you put the address of the picture. So, if you upload a picture into your photoalbum, just link it here.:)

K, I'll jump back on the wagon here. This is one from about 3 weeks ago. I'm the big one, and all those little tikes are the kiddies my wife and I coached over the past couple months. None of them are ours, however. Notice that I've got some seriously long hair, and NO it's NOT a mullet. The front came down just past my nose at the time. As you can see in my avatar, I've gotten it all lopped off since then.
