If the pic is in your photo album you can do the same, just go to the page with the picture on (not the thumbnail) and right click, then click properties and select and copy the address (URL) of the picture, then just stick it between the IMG tags.
For Example, to show the picture I have of my dog in the photo albums I would do this:
[ img ]http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/data/500/2660tammy_guinness-thumb.JPG[ /img ]
Which does this(without the spaces in the brackets!):

Here's one that was taken just the other night at a going home party before all my friends and I make our seperate ways home for the Christmas break. 
At this stage we'd had a liiiiiitle bit too much to drink and I voiced the stupid idea to go and run outside in the foot deep snow in the schoolyard opposite wearing just our underwear, little expecting the idea to meet with approval...... :hammer:
Outside temperature was about 25F, feels like 14F and the fence and snow were bloody cold too! :lol:

I knew that the pic would kick this thread back to life :lol:
My legs aren't as hairy as they look there - the fence and the motion of us going over the fence makes it look like that though :lol:
Clemens managed to almost rip that underwear off just as he got over the fence - they got caught and ripped a huge tear across the bum area :lol:
I'm not commenting about Matthew, he's straight and has a long term GF but he can be such a deliberate tease dammit!
I have other pics from us running in the snow but quite frankly they're a bit explicit for these boards :lol:
So Lisa, when are you moving up here then?
