Port Orleans Survey

In the mail today I received a post card from Port Orleans asking me to take a survey for them on the internet.

I thought it was a good thing for Disney to do, so they can see what guests think of the resort.

Has anyone ever received one of these from Port Orleans or another resort?

They know me well at WDW, and anytime I stay in a non-DVC resort (without using my points) I always get a survey. I got one recenlty for the All star Music and the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

when I had dinner at the Flying Fish three years ago, someone asked me if they could send a survey about the Boardwalk area. I did receive it and fill it out, but I don't remember the questions.:lol:

The questions were about the resort (rooms, restaurants, shopping, staff, etc.).

Also, I did stay there a couple of weeks ago, I guess that is why they sent me the survey.

Hey, me too! You're really onto something Belle! Perhaps they just don't want to hear any opinions that aren't close enough to their own. Hmmmm.....

I still want a survey though!

I get a survey after every trip also. I just got one from Port Orleans and will probably be getting one from the Polynesian. The Site is Disneysurvey.com, when yo go to the site you need to enter a password which is printed on the postcard that they sent you.

Actually believe it or not I Am usually pretty pro Disney. There are some things that I wish were a bit different. I did write to Guest services regarding our last trip and said among other things, I wanted the ham part of the meal put back instead of the smoked porkchops at Liberty Tree Tavern and apparently a friend of mine just returned , they did put the ham back!! WOO HOO!! I also asked for more princess type merchandise in bigger (adult) sizes, Ill see what is going on when I get there!! As you see not so hard to please and usually Disney does a wonderful job. With the P.O. survey though, I would've really given a very positive comment on everything. I had no issues at all staying there. I especially loved Boatwrights!!! YUM!!!

I'm sorry Belle...I didn't mean to imply in any way that you're not pro-Disney. I'm actually almost positive that we're on the same wave-length about things! All I meant was that I think that the only answers Disney wants on their surveys are the ones that they'd really like to hear - while I'm definately pro-Disney, I don't agree with all of the company's decisions.

I am sorry though - I wasn't at all trying to put words in your mouth! :)

They want to hear what you feel otherwise there would be no point in a survey. I told them everything that I liked and disliked and I hope they use it right.

never would have thunk it in a million years, Cymbal!!! I am actually VERY easy to please so any survey sent to me, probably would get answered in a very positive light. Im sure we are exactly on the same wavelegnth!!! Actually that is part of the reason why Id love to have you come in December. All my other friends are right tere on the wavelength also!! Belle
