Port Orleans or Coronado Springs

We will be at Disney World during the week of Thanksgiving this year. We are debating between staying in the French Quarter of the Port Orleans resort (we stayed there on our honeymoon and really enjoyed it) or trying the newer Coronado Springs resort. We are traveling with our 2 and 4 year olds, so if transportation to the parks is considerably more effecient from one or the other resort or a particular food court is considerably better this could matter. Any insights you have would be much appreciated.
Thanks

In reply to that Baby Ruth's floating in the pool - This can happen at any pool. It is not the pool, but usually the child in the pool who did this. Being a pool owner and having a niece as a life guard at many different pools this is not uncommon when people don't use proper coverings for infants or toddlers who are not trained. :o When this occurs, there is nothing you can do but shut down the pool and shock the pool (chlorinate).

Keeping this in mind, don't let the idea of Baby Ruth's in a pool make you decide on which location you would like to stay because this can happen at any resort. Usually, each resort has more than one pool, so if your resort pool is closed try the quiet pools at your resort.:o

We stayed at Dixie Landings with the kids last October. One thing we liked about that food court was the option of buying a mug which could be refilled with soda or frozen cherry/coke all week for no extra charge. Is this option offered at either of the other two food courts (Coronado or PO) as far as anyone knows? I had assumed it was a standard thing, but now I'm not so sure.
By the way, we are finding all of the input to be very helpful and fun to read. Thanks.
