Could be flower and garden festival, or pop warner which last year proved to be very bad for 2 teams. And then there's spring training atlanta braves, could also be ESPN week, spring break, and there's Easter too. Take your pick, but when your trying to book don't forget to ask if there are any specials going on at the time you want to go, you don't ask they don't tell.

i know my birthday is on the 12th and i'm 21 so really want to spend it at disney

My birthday is April 12th too! With Easter falling on the 12th this year, you will have a hard time booking a value resort. Those dates are the second most popular time to visit behind Christmas.

Because of the level of the crowds, I will not take part in the birthday promotion. I want that gift card pretty bad but I do not think I am up to fighting the crowds. I've been on the 4th of July before and that was bad enough.

One suggestion, contact Kingdom Konultants. They are an authorized Disney vacation planner. Which means they can book/help you plan your trip and it won't cost you anything extra. They might be able to help you find something for those dates!

That is very, very understandable! Seriously, give Kingdom Konsultants a shot. Sometimes the authorized trip planners a can dig something up that you cannot get by calling reservations on your own. They know the ends and outs of the system. Plus, Disney tends to work with them because of the amount of busy they provide Disney with. Keep us informed!

around the the 4th till the 25th

Disney will only let you book 14 nights on a single reservation, are you breaking your trip into 2 parts when looking for rooms?

ie. April 4-12, and then 13-25?

You may be able to spend part of your trip at a moderate resort and the rest at a value resort.
