Pool hopping

Hi!! I was wondering if anyone could help me? Myself and my friend are heading to WDW in June and we're staying in All Star Music, we're planning on having a few half days around the pool in the hotel (to rest tired feet!) but we were wondering if we had to stick to our hotels pool, or would we be able to visit other pools? Such as Animal Kingdom lodge ect?

I believe you can go to any of the 3 All Star resorts if you're staying in one of them too, though that may have changed.

But God forbid anyone would actually take kids to walt Disney world to require a stroller! How inconsiderate...

Actually I believe you can hop to specific pools such as the boardwalks pool. The yatch and beach clubs pools have people standing there with magicband scanners and even prior you used to have to show your room key and get a wristband. I was just at the art of animation and I believe none of the pools are guarded with Magicband scanners
