Personally i think he has done pretty well.

Phantom Menace = Flawed, but not as bad as people make it out to be
Attack of the Clones = Awful
Revenge of the Sith = Not bad, but too long and kind of overrated

A New Hope = Great
Empire Strikes Back = The best
Revenge of the Jedi = Good

The Force Awakens = Not bad, but had some major problems
The Last Jedi = Awful

Rogue One = Bad, except for the last 10 minutes
Solo = Decent

I like episode 3 a'lot being there are some real big deep story elements that tie all 6 movies together. tho Disney really messed all the story/lore up at this point

I went with return of the jedi. Now with that said, I believe empire strikes back is the better movie but return of the jedi just connected with 8yr old me unlike anything else. Biker scouts and speeder bikes. Jabbas palace and the Rankor. Jedi master Luke! Bright tree village...

Prequels:
The Phantom Menace: just terrible. The only good moments are Darth Maul and John Williams score.
Attack of the clones: still pretty bad. Count Dooku, Jango Fett, and the story idea for the clone wars are great!
Revenge of the Sith: Pretty good. Almost everything in the movie is perfect for me besides some of the dialogue is kinda cringey.

Originals:
A new hope: A great movie. Not as good as Empire or Jedi, but I love this one.
Empire Strikes Back: The best star wars movie yet!
Return of the Jedi: A great sequel! The Ewoks defeating the Empire is kinda goofy, but other than that I love this movie.

Sequels:
The Force Awakens: A pretty decent movie. It had a pretty great starting point. Was kinda a rehash.
The Last Jedi: Pure garbage. I would rather watch the Phantom Menace than the Last Jedi.

Spin-offs:
Rogue One: The best Disney Star Wars movie yet. It was a great idea and I loved Seeing Darth Vader kick @$$!
Solo: It was a pretty decent and fun movie. Darth Maul showing up was great!
