I bet the stand by will be quite long for the whole day... and fastpasses will be gone for the day in the first hour.

You think they'll actually last an hour?

I think the more appropriate question would be: How long with the line to get a fastpass be?LOL

What do cast members think about this? Especially those that work at Epcot attractions.

I guess it will depend on whether it opens during Spring Break or not.

I voted for 3 hours, assuming it will open during Spring Break. (The wait for Space Mountain was close to that when it first opened.)

But this is different, the ride was built with FastPass in mind, it should work much better on this attraction and allow for easier flow.

I would sau thatg it would be a couple of hours wait at the beginning, then if there is a lot of puking occurring outside of the building the line may shorten from there.

The ride will pull in over 1500 an hour easily (I think more like 2000), which means the lines will be moving very fast. I'd expect the line to get back to about 2 hours on busy days.

I chose 5 hours. Indy has the record with an 8 hour queue I believe (or something outrageous like that).

5 hours because I'm thinking that it will open during peak season...then...all of the people waiting for this "hype" to be over will RUSH to the park. FastPass will be gone within the first hour (like DMC hypothesized).

If not 5 hours...well, into 4.

I'm already blessing those who are going to die that fateful day when the EPCOT gate opens. Those poor souls who will be trampled by the herds... :hammer: :p

but space mountain opened along time ago, maybe Epcot's hours should be increased that first week just to accomodate the crowds (hopefully they'll be there) for the ride!
