Well, during the 15 visits my family and I have made there we have seriously eaten at almost every Disney restaurant, both in the parks and at the hotels. Whenever we go everyone gets one choice of where to go. I always try to pick somewhere we haven;t been and it has gotten very hard. Some of my favorites from the past 15 years...
-Narcoosse's (With the old menu)
-Coral Reef (Again, the old feel and menu, when it was brand new was best I feel)
-Definitely Japan, any of them
-I really liked San Angels (The Mexico restaurant, can;t remember if that is the name off the top of my head)
-Italy was nice
-Finally ate in Germany and was very surprised at how good the food was (We had always had the impression, Germany, yeah, sausage...wheeee...
)
-The Good Turn - The original restaurant in the Land
-Polyneasian Luau was a great dinner show, and good food
-Artist Point had some great dishes as well
-BY far the weirdest food I have had at WDW is the Norweign buffet, just some really odd flavors mixed together with their hot and cold buffets, not bad, just very very different. Morocco is along those lines as well, different, but still good (Although we didn't get to see the belly dancers while we ate, damn it!)
-Well, I can;t for the life of me quite remember the name of it, but the original restaurant where Fulton's is now. Empress Lily? I think that is what it was called....
Most of the rest were great, not too often we had a bad experience. When we first started going we went with the vacation plans they had where you got some many free dinners and the such, it was always our mission to see how high we could get the bill. Our record for four people with a main course, appitizer or desert, and drinks (Non alcohol) was just under 250 bucks at Narcoosse's. (Brother and mom ordered the 50 dollar lobster plates, I have a 40 dollar steak and seafood combo, dad I think had a surf and turf platter
)
Oh, another note, from what I have read, that steak house in the Swan/Dolphin, is copnsidered one of the ten best in the country.
