Due to the warm weather here at the min in good old belfast. The heat goes to peoples heads and all the trouble starts up all over again. This is how bad it is at the minute about 5 mins ago 5 rounds were fired through my neighbours window lucky no one was hurt and last night i witnessed a kneecapping right outside my door. Also i am considering leaving my part time job i dont know y but i fancy a change and well at the mo everything is messed up.

I would love for there to be peace here but it will never happen to many people make a living out of it. For one the media the majority of the news is about the troubles and that just something we have to deal with.

Wow-- I can't even imagine what that's like, so I don't know what to say. People really frustrate me. Of course I will pray for you, and for anyone else in a similar situation. It seems like there is a lot of hatred going around these days.

Nothing new, I know...but that fact sure doesn't make it any easier.

Disney_Nutter - I'm about 20 miles away from you (North Down) and I understand! I usually go out for a walk each evening with my next door neighbour. We live in a really quiet place, but recently that has been changing and we came across 1 knee-capping and 1 punishment beating within the space of a few nights! It is really frightening! I have kids, and while I love this country with all my heart - the vast majority are the kindest, funniest people that you would ever meet - I would not blame them if they wanted to leave. My young cousin, who was my bridesmaid a few years ago is emigrating to Australia with her husband and young family.

I live across in England. Your situation is awful. I really do feel for you, I was lucky to be born in a quiet, peaceful, affluent area. There's not much I can do but I will do what I can when election day comes round. Hope it works out for you.
