Please help me with a school project

In Language Arts we are doing poetry note books! In one part we have to have to have poems by are freinds. It would be realy cool if you guys could give me some poems to help me out.

If you like to help I need:

The Title of your poem
Your real name
and a completely original poem
and it must be 5 lines long

Only 5 lines or can it be more? Here's one I wrote about 16 years ago.

My Son, Andrew

In what seems like an uncaring world
There is no greater joy
Than the hugs and kisses
From my little boy
He has the sweetest little face
That you have ever seen
With six tiny teeth
and spaces in-between
He can steal your heart away
With his sad quivering chin
But when he is happy he can make you laugh
With his toothy little grin
And when I come home from work
Tired from a long day
He seems to give me the energy
To run around and play
There is nothing in this world
That anyone could do
That would make me feel as wonderful
As the love of my son, Andrew

With endless worry toil and sweat
My challenge of poems has been well met

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I find it ironically amusing that when writing about a language class you have used “are” instead or “our” in a couple of places :animwink:
