Ok i am busy trying to plan a senior trip to the world for sometime next summer. I am stuck a bit though their is 5 of us who want to go and orginally we were going to do 4 people at pop century seeing as we can get it for cheap and are on a budget. I do not beleive their is anyway to get a rolling bed into pop is their? and does anyone have any recommendations a bout how we can do this and some tips of what we should do to conserve as much money as possible. Thanks. Our other issue is we cannot stay off property because they do not allow 18 yr olds to rent a car. =[

First, I would recommend using Kingdom Konsultants when booking your trip because if there are any discounts available that you are eligible for, they will apply them to your trip.

Pop doesn't sleep 5, the Fort Wilderness Cabins do and Riverside's bayou section does.

Some ideas to conserve money: The food courts have toaster's so you can bring some of those Thomas' bagels and toast them, butter is available for free, but cream cheese isn't. If you want to eat at any of the sit down restaurants, do the lunch's as they are less expensive, also buffets for breakfast or late lunch will fill you up for quite some time so you can skip a meal or just have a snack. You can order food/drinks from several local supermarkets and have it delivered to the hotel. Buy the refillable mug.

Another option would be a Family Suite at All-Star Music, which can sleep up to 6, but it's slightly more expensive than 2 full rooms, so you'd be better off just reserving two rooms...

They do not allow cots or rolling beds at Pop due to fire codes. Sorry, just no way to get around that one.

Maybe consider the All Stars family suite, POR (though I'm not sure of the weight limit on the trundle bed) or FW cabins (this is the most expensive option.) With the suite, you would have a kitchen and eating some meals in the room could help out budget-wise.

Another thing to keep in mind is the fee for more than 2 adults in the room. Maybe someone else can better answer this, but I believe at Values it is an additional $10/per night/per adult. If all of you will be over 18 by then, this is something else to consider in a budget. Good luck!

It depends on what season your'e going in. The easiest thing to do is to go to the WDW website and start plugging in dates, number of Guests and choosing which hotel. (Just keep an eye on the type of room it pre-selects. Often it'll try giving you a more expensive Water View or Preferred Location room. Just change the selection to Standard and click Update)
