At one point someone speculated that the e and d in rated would blink or not work so that the sign would read "Top Rat Pizza" which makes total sense!!!! Is that not planned? Big missed opportunity if not...

The letters do flicker off every now and then to read, "it's rat pizza."

No because they didn't say it was Fresh before it went into the oven, just that it will be Fresh out of the oven when you get it. Plain as day.

I actually think quite the opposite. Pizza planet was literally just paint and a few things screwed to the wall. (I should know, I cleaned the bathrooms a bazillion times) This looks like a far more cohesive theming job. I'll agree that it's a little too refined/ clean looking for a place run by Rizzo but otherwise it pulls off the New York Pizza place theme well. Keep in mind that WDW visitors come from all over the world so while this would be boring theming for anyone who grew up near a big US city like New York or Chicago, This is really quite cool to everyone else.

I know there are some people not that thrilled by this. Especially as far as the supposedly unchanged menu goes. But I think you have to at least like that big neon sign!

weird...that didn't even cross my mind...the sign fits the theme perfectly...I think that would only cross my mind if the sign was in MK.

That's what I'd think too... I'm actually shocked that theres a giant statue of Gaston surrounded by beer.

I dunno. With so many people being either offended or calling Disney out for everything these days, it's just shocking that something even as simple as the word "beer" gets passed.
