I'll agree there are four significant styles, but differ as to what they are. There's Chicago style (far and away the best), NY style (acceptable), mall "pizza" and most of the rest of the country (crap), and California style (an outright abomination).I'd argue that there's four significant styles of pizza: NY style, Chicago style, mid-American 14" with 8 slices style, and gourmet. And the bests of each category are more interesting than which style is best.
