is this hard ticket event worth the extra 47 bucks for 2 adults? what can we expect ie. shorter lines for SM, SM, BTMRR? are the parade and fireworks better than spectromagic and wishes? any help would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

Yes the lines are much much shorter. Typically in the region of 10mins or less.

Parades and fireworks are not better in my opinion, but different. They are unique shows just for the special event, so if you are looking to see something new, definitely worth it.

If you are visiting during a busy period, it would be a great way to do the big rides wihtout much wait compared to during the daytime.

Yes the lines are a whole lot shorter. When I went back in Feb the HM was a walk on all night. I love the fireworks and the parade. Also I'm way into characters and this a perfect time to see mickey as a pirate, Minnie as a princess and as of right now this is the only time you can actually meet and get a picture with Capt. Jack Sparrow.

I loved the PPP that I talked my boyfriend into taking me again on April 1st. So if ya'll decide to go maybe we can meet up.

It is worth it. The lines will be shorter. The parade is OK but not as good as Spectromagic, the fireworks are however incredible. IMHO Magic Music and Mayhem is better than wishes. Here are a few links to videos of the fireworks from last year.

We'll be there on 4/1. Can't wait. Only 19 days until we arrive. We have resis at 1900 PF around 6PM on 4/1. I hope that won't put us too late for MPPP. I keep trying to get an earlier time but no luck. Maybe set up time for a meet and greet. We are taking my BIL and nephew for their first trip to WDW and we are meeting several others from my DD's school that night (our Spring Break). Hope it isn't too crowded. :wave:

im a 31 yr old big bald englsh man and i loved running around with my little bag collecting the treats and sweets, and seeing everyone dressed up was really fun, and the fireworks did feel so much more special knowing they were just for us, and walking on and off the rides was so much fun, especially pirates, as all i rememeber was how misty and eerie it was walking in towards the boat...very magical, especially as it seemed we were the only ones in their..i cant wait to go again early may..im already planning my outfit...

I have done a few WDWMagic meets at the after hour parties and meeting for the fireworks seems to be the best thing. Everyone goes to them and in most cases arrives early. A good meeting place for that is in front of Casey's on Main Street.
