I've missed eating those tacos for 3 plus years now, so i'm already through my mourning faze, too bad though, you'd think they'd have a similar menu at least somewhere else on the property, ( and don't tell me Mexico in Epcot, the food's just not the same compared with Perico ). When I was there at the end of last month, I got excited because it was the first time in awhile that the covers were off the register, and it looked like the ice tea maker or something had been left on, but it never opened. It was also the first year I didn't eat at the Village Haus, mainly because during MNSSHP it's closed, but i'd hate to think I ate my last burger there and didn't know it. Italian food in a Germany themed restaurant.....Oookaay. Just as long as they don't change it to Lady and the Tramp's table for 2 house of spagetti or something like that, but I wouldn't put it past them!

Oh my God. I can not believe what I am hearing. We were planning to eat there for the first time in a few weeks. lol. Well I guess I will have to go eat at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café. I hope that they will be open in about two weeks. Thanks for the info.

Yes, i know how much you hate the theme park food of burgers & chips or anything and chips. Theve got some decent looking sandwhichs in Columbia HArbor house and Cosmic Rays is getting a wider menu all the time.

On the down side, Pinnocio's village haus has something they call a milkshake, i highly recommend avoiding this nasty POS.

Columbia Harbor House is an excellent place for fast food. It is not your normal burgers, chicken fingers, etc. Have a nice soup in breadbowl, it's yummy. :slurp:

I used to - but it's off the menu. The chowder is now served in a plastic bowl.

I disagree with the Pinocchio's eatery. I liked it there, don't get me wrong, but Pecos Bill had the most fabulous fixins bar anywhere in the Kingdom. It was my daughter's favorite fast food place there! I liked Columbia House also. But whatever they do, I'm sure it will be fine!

We were there in July, and it was open during the afternoon. When we went back that evening to get some tacos, it was closed? Also a good tip, the dining area just to the left of Pirata is almost always deserted. Even when the place was open. You can also reach it if you go up the long ramp inside pecos bill. Another bonus is that the lounge area is right next to this dining area!
