Instead of expanding the pavement, it looks like they're decreasing it and opening ground for landscaping...There are planting beds now. Does anyone notice the same thing?

Yep. Really not sure what is being done. Should be interesting!

I heard that there was going some kind of Sake Bar with tables and stools around the Koi pond.

It would be nice if there was an actual sake bar that you could sit and relax for a bit as opposed to the one that they have in the shop now. All you can really do is get your sake and walk, there is no where to just sit and enjoy it.
