PHOTOS - We go inside Be Our Guest Restaurant

I finally got a chance to check out the video and the pictures. I love the effects work that they put into the snow falling outside the windows and the effects in the West Wing.
Anyone else seem to think that they are going to have a problem with a lot of disappointed guests who show up and get put into the room with the paintings and large music box? I know from the photos/video that I've seen, it's my least favorite option right now, and if my wife and I struggled for hours on the phone to get our ADRs and get placed in with a big rotating statue and not one of the other rooms, I might be a little disappointed. I know that we might be able to request a room when we check in and wait until a spot opens up in another, but it's always hard enough to get the kids to sit still long enough to be seated as is.
The music box room is only open for lunch (counter service).

I've been seeing conflicting rumors on all of that throughout all the past discussions, so I've never felt like I had a solid answer on that one. I've seen it said that QS will only be in the Rose Gallery room, I've seen it said that the Ballroom would be the only one open, I've seen it said that all 3 rooms would be open for both meals. The official site doesn't really go into details on it and I've been looking through the comments from the mods on the Official Parks Blog as well to see hints.
Has there been official confirmation on what will be open for lunch and what will be open for dinner that I've missed? I've been quite confused on that one.

I can't find a specific example now, but every time I saw it mentioned on the Disney Parks Blog, it said the rose gallery room was only open for lunch. I'm very picky about grammar and wording in real life, but I definitely noticed consistency on all of Disney's official decriptions.

Likewise, WDWmagic's main site says the same thing. Also, lunch's capacity (546) is higher than dinner's capacity (340), which further supports the idea that one room will be open for lunch but not dinner. I think some people misinterpreted the wording (which has sparked some confusion on various sites), but to me it's clear that dinner guests will be seated in the ballroom or West Wing.

Thanks. I had missed that detail on the main site. Shows that sometimes the answer is right under your nose all the time...
