While on vacation you have the Photopass photographers take pictures of you and your family. Each time they do they'll scan a card or ask for yours to scan. When you get home you go to their website and register all your cards on your account. You can view, edit, add borders, etc. to your pics. Once you get them all how you want them you can order prints and/or order the cd. The cd will have all your pictures on it. It comes with a copyright release document file that you can print. You're welcome to go to Walmart, drugstores, anywhere to print as many of your pics as you want. When I've ordered prints from Walgreens they've asked for the copyright release so having it in hand is a good thing.

Hope that helped!

Great info from Sweetpee. I would just like to stress that when you get home you can edit the photos to look the way you want them to. That means you can take a single photo and make multiple copies of it with different borders or different effects or different cropping. What I would do is start with the raw photo and then crop it the way I liked and saved that as a new pic, Then I would add whatever effects I wanted like black and white which I think looked really nice on some of the pics. So that was another new photo. Then I would add borders to all of them so there were several more photos, all from a single nice photo. Of course this means you exponencially increase the number of pictures you have, but since you bought the CD up front, the more pictures you make the better value for your CD (or CDS they will send you several if it takes that many to hold all your photos)

Also they added several stock photos to our CD including the park icons and several really nice shots of the electric light parade.

One other piece of advice is to take a picture of your photo pass card(s) That way if you loose a card you will still have the number (that is really all you need anyway)

Just to make sure the original question is really clear.

Yes you can print them out yourself or you can take them or send them to a photo printing service and have them printed for you.
