Photopass Help

I tried to download my photopass cd, I know now you can get it in a download. Nothing popped up to save the photos or anything and when I go to my orders, it just says wdw photopass cd download placed.. How do I get my photos????

I'm sorry, but i'm not clear by your question. Did you order them to be downloaded or did you order the CD to be physically delivered to you? You don't get both options when you order your "disk". You order either downloaded or physical disk. If you ordered the disk, did you receive it yet? If so, you have to physically copy them and paste them into the computer file you want to place them in. Hope this helps!

If I recall correctly, if you opt to do the download, it may take 24 hrs to show up in your account. If you log back in, the Photopass Message section should tell you when you have a download that is ready.

Just to be clear, you added your pics to the site, played with the borders and placed the cd purchase in your cart as the download option instead of the physical CD, right?

@dreamfinder is correct. There will be a message waiting for you when the download is ready.
