This is what is causing the most uproar. Most people understand this sorta stuff cannot remain free forever. But to not even give a one week or 48-hour notice was pretty ridiculous on PB's part.

Thanks. That was helpful. It's for "heavy users" who "were using the site as essentially a hosting service" and "up to" $400.

That explains why mine was not affected. I did have thousands of pics up (mostly of CD's I've sold on ebay since the early 2000's) but have barely used it in the last 7 to 8 years, and just deleted most of them as they are obsolete for me at this point.

But locking the heavy users out of their pics until they pay up is pretty messed up.
