PHOTO - First section of the new Fantasyland castle wall unveiled

This is not a complaint, but why does the wall have 2 different sections? one that matches the castle and one more rustic.

I would have to see them in context, but I would guess one is viewed from in the castle courtyard and the other from the forest area.

The current section that's open (and people are already sitting on) is waaaaaaay back in the far back "corner" for now. It's literally right outside the Pinocchio Haus restroom. Because the the wall around old Dumbo, it makes a pretty deep corridor to get back to the restrooms at the moment. So unless you specifically head back there, you won't just causally see the section of wall. (Not at this time anyway.)

We were at the parks yesterday for Love's birthday and I wanted to go and see the new wall section and was surprised at how far back you had to go to get there.

edit to add: Borrowing one of Scott Keating's pics, here is where the section of visible wall is located. You can see how right now, because of construction walls, it's quite a ways back there.

Maybe the forced perspective will work after all! I know some folks around here had doubts about it... so hopefully, they (Disney) know what they're doing after all!
