The picture was taken in the UK area of Epcot. There is a meet and greet in the back (near where the band plays). Never a line. Its a hidden gem in Epcot.

As far as the outfits, my wife finds them online and she and our daughter pick the ones she likes. I have no say in it.

Oh I know the area! I guess they must have redecorated it since I hadn't recognized it!
