I too am not fond of drops and I avoided ToT for years. Last December a forum member talked me into going on it and I loved it. First of all like Splash Mountain the drop is only a small part of the ride. Second it doesn’t really feel like a free fall. Maybe it is because you are being pushed rather then dropping. Anyway go on it scream your brains out and have a good time.
Ditto! Same time, same place! :drevil:

I must have been spoiled by roller-coasters, because I was more interested in checking out the cool theming of the ride than experiencing the drop. Sure, it was fun, but I didn't have any sense of dread whatsoever about it.

I miss being scared of rides...

Ditto. It's like that for all the rides at WDW for me. Cedar Point "ruined" the thrills for me, but that's not to say I don't LOVE WDW anyway!

My stomach and head dont car for the drops. This year i went on it for the first time in 3 or so years and and screamed so loud it did not hurt as much.
