I wonder if 2 adults and 2 kids would fit back in the 70's. I assume the ride vehicles were meant to fit a family of 4.With the size of the average American, I'd guestimate 600 per hour. Probably half of the hourly capacity in 1971.......................
The good news is that I saw aluminum foil on sale at the grocery store this weekend. Hopefully they can re-line our volcano.
I don't think so. Those little ships have always been super-low capacity.I wonder if 2 adults and 2 kids would fit back in the 70's. I assume the ride vehicles were meant to fit a family of 4.

At least fix the godawful spray painted fallijg apart foil inside the volcano. My kids' science projects look better than that does.
Is this refurb enough time to kill the tent facade? They already got rid of that style for pooh so why not do the same for PPF. Do that and some sprucing up over Mickey's philarmagic and fantasyland well start to really round out.
I have witnessed Pan and Hook from the final scene in the tunnels of MK and all I can say is they look very clean
Is that Michael Dukakis or Dracula Fred Rogers?I don't think so. Those little ships have always been super-low capacity.

It's the Shah of Iran....the one thrown out of power when the Ayatollah Khomeini took over, and obviously the end of the Iranian Pavilion for Epcot. Is that Michael Dukakis or Dracula Fred Rogers?

The Shah and his wife look pretty excited about their upcoming adventure with PP, but in the second photo, it looks like a CM is going to have a hard time getting that C ticket away from Grandma! Looks as though she's got a pretty good grip on it.I don't think so. Those little ships have always been super-low capacity.
I wish they'd add some movement to the figures, at least when Pan and Hook are swordfighting. The stationary figures, as they are, look pretty dated.
Are you trying to tell me that Iran is The Land of Make Believe? I think that's probably offensive to somebody. It's the Shah of Iran....the one thrown out of power when the Ayatollah Khomeini took over, and obviously the end of the Iranian Pavilion for Epcot.

Lol....y'all realize we talk about overweight people on this forum as much as we do the broken down disco yeti? (I'm a big guy, before you flame me...lol)Gotcha, thanks guys. I've always wondered how capacity has been reduced due to our epic obesity problem.

The biggest enemy to Disney? Iger, the Brazilian tour groups, and big folks...lol.
Lol...while riding ECVs eating a mickey ice cream they bought with their FREE dining plan.Big, fat Brazilian tourists carrying life size cardboard cutouts of Iger would be the ultimate enemy.
