Peter Pan's Flight closing for month long refurbishment after the summer

Is a month long enough for them to add the interactive queue and also clean up some of the inside? PPF does need an extensive refurb, as much as I love the ride there are some definite problems since it hasn't gotten very much love in a very long time.

Exactly! The lines for that thing are ALWAYS huge. Last time I visited WDW I don't think I even went on it, because the lines were ridiculous. That ride does need an extensive refurb or better, to be entirely re-built. Wonderful "plussing" could be done with it. Think of it - TDO wouldn't be taking any real risks (which of course we all know it hates) by plussing Peter Pan's Flight, because it's already a crowd-pleaser. And that queue is simply claustrophobic. And those little boats are very cramped, even for skinny little me...yeah, PPF needs an update. Since Splash finally got the love it needed, now it's Peter Pan's turn. Come on TDO...

Yeah I've noticed that too! Does anyone else notice the noise from the finale being heard when your flying over London?

That involved more substantial construction and changes. I doubt any queue changes would involve modifying the facade's appearence or layout. Probably just bathroom area work and some RFID readers at the front.

A month for this attraction.... This attraction needs more than a update on the Queue line. To give the attraction that love that it needs it would require more time then that.... Updated Animatronics, spiff up the ride scenes to make them more appealing and I wouldn't mind a new ride audio... as it stands it really outdated IMO.

I'm just glad that it goes down the day after we check-out. We'll already be short the Jungle Cruise and Space on 2 out of 3 days at the MK. Another e-ticket loss would stink.

It also needs to be hooked up to the power grid and not run by a generator
