near the bottom of the slide? is it possible he went down the slide and his trunk were dislodged? revealing too much? It has happened to me before.. so it's definitely possible.. Don't be so quick to lynch the guy... It's gotten to the point where I tuck my arms into my own body when the waves hit at typhoon lagoon.. people freak out for no reason..

Didn't see me freaking out when the grown woman wearing a life vest had her popping out of the top of it (nipple and all) in Roa's Rapids at Aquatica... we went around the entire course three times with her hanging out.. Went ended up getting out at that point.. and she went on her merry way.. Bobbing along.... Never realizing she was completely exposed....

Things happen that are accidental.. Things happen that aren't... Keep perspective...

And now I read the article, and realize he's likely in the 'Non-accidental crowd'

Im not a parent but an uncle and even if my nephew and neice just glimsed this, and i saw it, it be a race between my wife and i to beat the guy up! (i dont think the guy would survive if my wife got there first lol)! We and their parents are very protective of them, i think disney and the law should put the harshest punishment on them!

This is incredibly sad!:( Pedophiles will always be around, but until our judicial system really cracks down on these perves the sad fact of reality is that they will always keep doing it: even @ DISNEY! I watch my boys like a hawk, and they're almost 8 years old! But, I do hope that DISNEY is more vigilant about these situations occurring...

This is where I fail as a parent. If my kids ever came up to me and told me something like this, I'd drag the guy out of the pool and start beating on him.

This!! I just became a father 15 months ago. I have a beautiful little princess Marissa, and if anyone did this to my "Lil Rissie Roo" I would absolutely loose it. I would definitely have to be arrested for the beating I would give that piece of trash pervert .

Unfortunately, these kind of things happens an awful lot, especially around pools. While the first instinct is to say you would jump on the guy and beat him up, that is an extremely rare occurance, most people would be in shock to even think they just saw what they think they just saw to do anything physical.

Rest assured though, when these guys do get caught, they do get whats coming to them behind bars, and little sympathy from anyone.

most pedophiles are people you know and not strangers. yes, some pedophiles are strangers to the ones they abuse, but more often than not it's someone that the person knows and trusts. that's why sexual abuse happens often. the person trusts/knows the pedophile which makes it easier for them to do what they do.

I think my shock would turn to rage real quick if that was my daughter. Besides that, you are very correct about the behind bars thing. People in prison hate pedophiles , and rapist.

I think Im beyond the shock factor and he would be trying to breathe water. I love seeing he should have a lifetime ban from Disney...How about a lifetime ban from...life in general!

Seriously, until I started reading this board, I had no idea the problem's that go on at the wave pools at the water parks and how easy it would be to target someone. My niece (that I raise) isn't allowed to be out of my sight in those kind of places. You take a lot for granted sometimes. I really hope they start adding more undercover security in some of these places

You can't be everywehere, but Disney does one of the best jobs at trying to protect children. Problem is, sickos can find any vulnerabilty in any security and exploit it.

The smirk on his face in the mug shot makes it all the more disturbing. You know, for some people this may have been a once-in-a-lifetime vacation that got ruined by this pervert. Like others have said, even though you go to WDW to escape reality, you can't totally let your guard down when it comes to your children. So incredibly sad.

I think Disney World is one of the safest places you can take a family on the face of the earth, and this just may be an isolated incedent. You don't hear about things like this happening everyday at Disney World, so people should be alarmed by it, but should also put the nooses away.

I would have no issues letting my children go off by themselves at Disney World, Universal or a Six Flags, not so much, but Disney World, absolutely.

Jimmy Thick-Keep things in perspective.
