This first new permit is also a good sign that construction has restarted, or is about to, on Marvel Land at DCA.
Assuming that this is truly the restart of full construction, and not just a one-off for a contractor that needed to button up something, an October/November opening of Marvel Land would seem to be in the cards. The folks interested in Marvel Land can take this good news over to that thread, as I'm not really following that thread much. (I can't tell one comic book movie from another)

I don't know why but i have a bad feeling that they might delay the opening to avoid crowds and to be able to have a media blitz without the looming virus issue. I hope i am wrong

Looks like there was activity logged today and scheduled for tomorrow on the Frontierland Bridge widening as well.

Not worth a new thread, but an interesting piece of information.
Sometime in August, maybe September, a small Boutique Hotel will be going in front of the Planning Commission.
Located just outside the East End of the Resort Area, basically near Katella and Claudina. (Near the Radisson Blu).
Looks like the primary clientele will be the American Sports Center related, basically teams coming to compete, plus the 2028 Olympics.
And like the Radisson Blu, whose primary clientele is also athletes, DLR guests is a nice secondary market.
And also, in case you missed it, the DVC Tower is scheduled for the August 3rd Planning Commission meeting, of course, subject to change.
