Season of the Force at Disneyland Park (March 28-May 11): “Fire of the Rising Moons” will perform nightly at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge with epic, new projection effects and galactic music – enhanced with fireworks on select nights. Plus, Hyperspace Mountain will return to Tomorrowland, where you can hurtle through the galaxy and encounter TIE fighters along the way!

I don't think so. The permit filings reference areas and details that include the larger portion inside the berm. It specifically references the costume issue windows on the ground floor. I saw these built in the '70s. And I believe that around half of that ground floor is still costuming for entertainers. I don't think it's likely they are spending $10 million on just the smaller side of the building you circled. The whole building dates to 1966. I think if they're redoing bathrooms on Harbor side, they're doing them on park side.

What do you mean you don't think so? The permit directly references that address and the top picture is the address and parcel map directly from Anaheim's website. You can't just put arbitrary addresses on permit filings. That's the correct building whether you "think so" or not.

I think the point being is that its a different part of the building then when you have circled. Meaning its on the backstage side of the building facing SM not the diorama side facing Harbor.

Isn't the "red circled" part on the opposite side of the tracks from the diorama (AKA the old Admin building)? Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the controversy.

Possible, maybe I’m mistaken on which side of the building is being talked about.
I've never been a CM so I don't know the layout, but I think this is how the building is structured:

Yellow shade is the train tunnel (indicated by the vents on top), the red shade is the diorama, and the green shades are offices/admin/etc.

Rereading what @Old Mouseketeer wrote again, I believe I misinterpreted what they were saying and thought they were referring to another building deeper into the park, but actually meant the northern green area I've indicated. For that I deeply apologize for my defensiveness and misunderstanding.
