This is what I was afraid of. Even if they kept the food consistent to what they had before, knowing the way Disney operates, as time goes on they will decrease the quality and variety of offerings, and gradually raise the price beyond the somewhat reasonable price they are testing right now.

That said, doesn't someone else run Foods at Coronado? For some reason I thought I remember that foodservice there is done by an operating participant.

Yes, the food at Coronado is run by the same company that runs the Mexican restaurants in Epcot. So the decisions on food quality, pricing, etc are not made by Disney.

And it is the reason that Maya Grill has gotten a very good tequila selection since La Cava opened.
