My time working in WDW Parking was the hottest, least forgiving activity I have ever done. There were zero accommodations made during a 'normal' Florida summer so I can't imagine anything is changing this year. Breaks are typically every 2-2 1/2 hours. So if you're in the lot and not in a shaded crosswalk or driving the tram, you're out there.

They will get the typical stay hydrated and wear sunscreen talks.

In custodial we got refillable black water bottles that were thin metal and just cooked water. The trash can liner carts were hot to touch, and you had to grip and push those heavy things.

From the guest perspective, they are done are irate before they get to the tapstyles. Would have been nice if they did not cut the trams from two parks indefinitely.

I was ensured no one did this... maybe you truly are an alien.

I've never claimed to be human.
Well, not 100% human.
Or of this earth.

I don't understand the problem. Bobby wears sweaters on his trips to the park. A real fan would melt for cause.

Joking aside, my son on a normal hot Florida day can manage to get through with only one outfit.

He's gone through three outfits today due to the heat, and we've just been hanging out closer to home.

We just got back (there 8/2-8/11) and I have never been so hot in my life. I have also never seen so many people trying to watch the Hall of Presidents and the American Adventure lol. We even watched to movies in Canada and China to escape the heat! It was terrible.
Lol so true. Tiki room was full today, same with PhillarMagic and CoP. I suggested Hall of Presidents and my stepdaughter said we’re not that desperate lol

I was going to wake up early and mow this morning before it got too hot. I overslept…..

I keep hearing people say that it is summer in Florida and it will be hot but the heat feels more oppressive this year. Maybe it is because we aren’t getting the rain like usual?

Yea, I think during normal years the rain and clouds stop the heat before it can get too hot. But, during this year, we haven’t gotten much rain at all. There also aren’t as many clouds as there usually are without the rain, so the sunlight warms it up even more.

At least some can now get some sleep without being woken up by the loud annoying sounds of Pickleball.

Talked a family member into upgrading to Beach Club from a moderate because it's one big building instead of split ones and "it's hot, we'll want to use the resort pool, let's get the cool one".

So I got one good thing out of this hellscape.

Same. We're still going to try and go to the park though.

We're just gonna pack 2 additional outfits for our kiddo, since he'll likely sweat through them like yesterday, plus an additional shirt for my wife and I. Beyond that, we're taking stainless steel growlers of ice cold water (yay strollers to put them in), and are charging up our kiddos battery powered fans while he takes his morning nap.

Yup. Here in middle Georgia, it was 98 with ~ 75% humidity until our afternoon thunderstorms rolled through, then it dropped to the low 70's.
