Passholder help?

Our family got AP's on our last trip and I was trying to check out the passholder section on the Disney site but it keeps telling me my ID # is invalid. There valid we used them for the first time in December. Is the site just not working properly?

I have that problem sometimes also, sometimes it takes me a couple times then it works

they are updating the site.. maybe when you tried was when they were doing another upgrade to the server..

i tried with my ap a few nights ago and did everything correct and it rejected it 6 times before i game up...

I have the same problem. I have never been able to login to the passholder site. It is not your pass! The only time I was able to log in is when I called Disney and they helped me log into the site.

The same problem happens to me 4 of 5 times that I try to log on.

Tried using mine the other day to log in and it didn't work. I tried using my girlfriends and hers wouldn't work either. Must be something wrong with the site.

I've always had problems with the site, but I tend to have less problems if I select the "low band width" which is across the top of the page.
