Party Season 2021

Light parades are allowed to run when it is kinda dusky. Fireworks need pitch black. That’s why they moved HEA to 9:15 in the summer before the world ended.
Have seen rare Spectro vids with light in the sky. Couldn't tell if it was true or if the Camera was too bright ,etc. 98% of YT and My trips with Spectro/MSEP, it was dark enough for Fireworks.

Honestly!

Again Sorry about that! I was just adding to the timing discussion.

As for DIS...Yeah been there (not because of here)I'm fine right here!
Honestly, I was just adding a funny quote from The Office. I do appreciate the history of that show though! I was born in 1991 when Spectro first came out

There have been times HEA ran at the same time as the start of the after hours event (event started at 8 or 9 and HEA was scheduled to start at the same time). I'm hoping that at least won't happen this time.

Wow I wasn't aware of that happening. I feel for those who had AH tickets for those nights! It's super tough though because HEA is such a great show, but you paid for "three full hours" to do the rides in the park and have the snacks.

EDIT: I found on DISBoards (**Disney After Hours - Magic Kingdom** FAQ & Discussion Thread | The DIS Disney Discussion Forums - DISboards.com) a post that has all the historical dates and times AH at MK were, and yup sure enough, multiple nights where the AH event started at 8pm and HEA started at 8pm.

That is good to know, and clearly precedent has been set for this to happen again. I guess when we went the 5 times at MK, we just got really lucky!

Haha, they asked me to re-read the rules once and in there somewhere was "no sarcasm". That wasn't what I was getting chewed out for (also something dumb), but I knew it wasn't going to work out well moving forward

I also got an involuntary vacation from them for speaking the truth. Apparently, the gods didn't like me saying that they were being heavy handed in their handling of Rumors and News, even though it is true. Little do they know, it will be permanent once I can delete my account. This board is sooo much better.

I hope this DAH fails miserably, but then again, the parties of late weren't much better. I miss the days (back in the beginning) where I got cast tickets for $35 and the parties were so worth that price. MNSSHP, MVMCP and PAP were some of the best events put on by TDO when they were first introduced.

I didn’t post much there but once you were gone I left.

Sometimes I check in back there when I feel the need to be scolded by the restaurant mod for suggesting that the signature restaurant dress code should be more than "some type of fabric covering your nether parts." Never ends well :)

At one point, they had some lunatic telling people to falsely accuse WDW housekeepers of sexual assault as a means of protesting security room checks. But I'm the one who got points for sarcasm 😂
