Hopefully you will be having some grandchildren to introduce to your love of Disney! Start a vacation fund earmarked for taking your first grandchild to Disney.Afraid not @figmentfan423.....Our 6th & final trip will be 2015..I will still be on this site and hosting my Disney parties, however like many things in life, there has to be an end.....P.S. Do I sound like J.K.Rowling..
Thanks for all that information..Hopefully you will be having some grandchildren to introduce to your love of Disney! Start a vacation fund earmarked for taking your first grandchild to Disney.
We have been many times in October and the park hours are shorter but the parks are so much less crowded it is worth the fewer hours. We love love love MNSSHP, the parade is not to be missed, if you've never been you don't want to miss it and the fireworks are outstanding as well. Food and Wine will be the entire month of October and it's wonderful, you can use DP snacks credits for a lot of the more expensive things and pay a little out of pocket for the cheaper stuff, plan it right and you can easily consume a whole meal just walking around the world showcase, we are alway completely stuffed when we leave! If I were you I would plan my DHS day to include Fantasmic and plan any dinners in DTD on an AK day as AK closes around 5 during that time year but the crowd levels are so low you will have a lot of fun and still have pool time at the end of the day!
No you have to buy a separate ticket for the party. You only need your party ticket to get in the park after 4 pm or if you go prior to 4 you need park admission and the event ticket for the party that night.A quick question that @armyfamilyof5 has brought to my attention..The parade MNSSHP. Is this free with park admission.?
Cheers..Is that one ticket for the three of us? And have you a rough idea what price ?..Thanks..No you have to buy a separate ticket for the party. Here is the main reason we go at times other than summer. I checked the date on this photo showing crowd level at Epcot and it is Sept. 26 a couple of years ago. October gets more crowds because of school breaks, but nothing like July, and the weather is more to our liking as well.Ok, bear with me here..Having only been in July, and planning for October in 2015.. Columbus Day is the 14th so the couple days prior and after that will be busy b/c the North East celebrates Columbus Day and gets the day off. Schools too. But you will have much lighter crowds then in July. Here you go with touring plan info - its for this year b/c they can't go more then a year in advance and its an overall crowd number.
10 - 1
11 - 5
12 - 7
13 - 9
14 - 5
15 - 4
16 - 4
17 - 2
18 - 4
19 - 6
20 - 4
21 - 4
22 - 1
The peak numbers are around Columbus weekend.
One month earlier and look at the crowd levels...of course it is still at the height of hurricane season but... four of our ten days have a crowd level of 1...woo hoo!I believe we arrive Saturday 10th..I think..
That may be a busy weekend, but other than that you should be good during the next 2 weeks...minus a hurricane.I believe we arrive Saturday 10th..I think..
